Mangalam Yantra I - Shamatha meditation, pranayama (breathing exercise), and kayashudi (yoga exercise)
Authorized by her teacher Khenpo Migmar, Suzan Doan will be presenting a series of 5 sessions focusing on breathing exercise in conjunction with very gentle yoga exercise and calm abiding meditation. These yoga and meditation are suitable for all ages. Suzan has been a student of Buddhist philosophy and a Vajrayana practitioner since 1998. She completed the foundation practice of Ngondro, and has gone through trainings in pranayama, yantra, shamatha, and vipashyana meditation. Suzan has been assisting Khenpo Migmar for many years, and has lead meditation and practices at Sakya Institute during Khenpo Migmar’s absences.
